This is a plain language notice. It sets the rules for the rigipo.com website. Early access opens soon, so we may update these terms before the public launch.

Who we are

RIGIPO is an independent software project. Serhat Akgül runs it as a sole founder in Türkiye. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “RIGIPO” mean Serhat Akgül, trading as RIGIPO. “You” means the person who uses the site.

What this site is

The rigipo.com website is an information website. It describes our products. It lets you join a waitlist. It lets you download the free Rigipo Bench desktop program. It links to the Fab store, where you can buy the Rigipo Bench plugin for Unreal Engine 5.

The site has no user accounts. The site has no checkout. You cannot buy anything on this site.

When you use the site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Rigipo Text to Animation and the waitlist

The online Rigipo Text to Animation service is not open yet. Early access opens soon.

The waitlist is a list of people who want news about the launch. Please read the following points with care.

  • A place on the waitlist is not a contract. It creates no legal agreement between you and RIGIPO.
  • A place on the waitlist is not a guarantee of access. It does not reserve a seat, a quota, or a launch date.
  • A place on the waitlist is not a guarantee of a price. Any price that the site shows today can change before launch.
  • Every feature description on this site describes our current plan. Plans can change.

You can leave the waitlist at any time. Send an email to [email protected]. The Privacy Notice explains how we handle your data.

Rigipo Bench and the Fab store

Rigipo Bench has two parts.

  • The desktop program. You can download it from this site at no cost.
  • The plugin for Unreal Engine 5. You buy it on Fab. It is a paid product.

The desktop program is free, but it needs the paid plugin to work. Without a valid plugin licence from Fab, the desktop program does not give you the full function. Please understand this point before you download the program.

All plugin purchases happen on Fab, not on this site. Fab is a store that Epic Games operates. For those purchases:

  • the terms of Fab apply to the sale;
  • the refund rules of Fab apply to any refund;
  • the licence terms that Fab shows apply to your use of the plugin;
  • we do not receive your payment details, and we cannot process a payment or a refund for you.

If you have a problem with a purchase, please start with Fab. If you have a problem with the software itself, please write to [email protected].

Acceptable use

Please use the site in a fair way. You must not:

  • attack the site, for example with a denial of service attack or an attempt to gain access to systems or data;
  • scrape the site, or collect data from it with automated tools;
  • try to defeat, bypass or reverse engineer the protection on the download;
  • send automated or false waitlist signups;
  • use the site to send unlawful, harmful or misleading content;
  • copy the site content, the brand names or the logos of RIGIPO without our written permission.

We may block access from an address that breaks these rules. We record click and download events to detect this behaviour. The Privacy Notice describes that record.

Content and intellectual property

The text, the images, the design and the brand of rigipo.com belong to RIGIPO or to its licensors. You may read the site and share links to it. You may not copy the content for your own commercial use without our written permission.

Our software includes components from other people. The Attributions and Third-Party Licenses page names that work and its licences. The names of other companies and products belong to their owners.

Links to other sites

The site links to other websites, for example Fab. We do not control those websites. We are not responsible for their content or for their terms. Please read the terms of each website that you visit.

No warranty

We build the site and the software with care, and we keep the information current. Even so, we provide the site and the free desktop program “as is”.

  • We do not promise that the site is always available.
  • We do not promise that the site is free of errors.
  • We do not promise that the software fits a specific purpose of yours.
  • We do not promise that a described feature will arrive on a specific date.

Please test the software in your own environment before you use it in production work. Please keep backups of your project files.

Limitation of liability

To the extent that the law permits, RIGIPO is not liable for:

  • indirect or consequential loss;
  • loss of profit, loss of revenue, or loss of business;
  • loss of data, or the cost to restore data;
  • loss that comes from a third party service, for example the Fab store or an identity provider.

This section does not limit liability that the law does not permit us to limit. Examples are liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and liability for fraud.

Changes to the site and to these terms

We may change the site. We may add a feature. We may remove a feature. We may stop a service, or stop the site. We may also update these terms.

When we make a material change to these terms, we update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Please read this page again from time to time.

Governing law

The law of the Republic of Türkiye governs these terms. The courts and the execution offices of Türkiye have jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer, this section does not remove your rights. You keep the protection of the consumer law of the country where you live. You also keep the right to go to the consumer arbitration committee or the consumer court that applies to you.

If one part is invalid

If a court finds that one part of these terms is invalid, the other parts stay in force.
